Nice location but unfortunately the service was totally overwhelmed, although there was still plenty more capacity. As a result, food was swapped and replenished only on request. For the prices called, only below average quality. The food was moderately seasoned and put together rather carelessly.

Location is good, but prices are very steep for what you get, a large beer (we brewed on the other side of the street) € 4.8 is not without it, the food unfortunately doesn't live up to expectations either. Only 2 beers from the brewery are served, I would not stop here again

The Neuzelle monastery is a must-see, great. The Klosterklause is one of them. You sit comfortably and can feast on everything, be it starters, meat dishes, fish, soups, sweets, ice cream, various coffee creations and much more. Despite the many guests, everything went very quickly. We were satisfied.

Very nice! Picturesque location, this place invites you to linger. The restaurant is very worthwhile. Very courteous and friendly staff. The menu is regionally oriented. You should definitely plan a visit to the monastery complex.

So I don't know what to say, long waiting times, cold meals, service. ..... and we had a long journey, waiting time for drinks below the average, waiting time for food no question almost 1 hour and waiting time for the bill below the limit! Conclusion is another Lokesche looking unfortunately ......

Once upon a time ... a recommended place. The prices, the service and the staff were right. It's been a long time, cakes from the microwave, coffee from the monastery pond and the jelly with tartar sauce for over 16 euros. So overall a coherent overall picture. We liked being a guest there for decades because we felt like one. But you also have to be able to let go .... we can and have opened up a great alternative for us.

Many say that the service is incompetent and rude and the restaurant is not really nice, but I think that it is not, the kitchen adapted to the needs of the customers, the service was very courteous and polite. The ambience was clean, well-kept and quite cozy. In addition, especially at this time, the tables were thoroughly cleaned after each guest, including the chairs, of course. The toilets were very clean and there was a disinfectant dispenser freely accessible to every guest at the entrance. All in all, I am more than positive after this visit. However, it can also be that another operation really impresses rather negatively. In any case, it cannot have been today. Really great restaurant. Top. 👍🏻😋

We were having lunch at Christmas. And I have to say I was a monk. Hmmmmm. Delicious. And we could also put together a dessert. I say, as well as my children, that value for money was great.

As a group one should avoid this place, like the devil the holy water. You will receive extremely rude. On request, if you could sit outside (was still sufficiently free) there was a "No we have reserved these tables for you and there they must also sit". Incidentally, these internal tables were zero prepared for the group, so the group sat separately at four (!) Tables ... did not work. Registration of our group was weeks before, so we did not come by surprise. We had reserved food before. There were only 3 selection courts for groups, on the website it is much more, but seems to be only the beautiful appearance. The truth is different. With handing over the card was also said that you can only choose drinks. So it was not possible to order a soup or a dessert. Probably these women would have been completely overwhelmed. We were then handled quite quickly. The food is qualitatively lower level. Suspected "fresh" from the freezer warmed up. You did not feel welcome at all and we would never go there again. The reason why there is saved with friendliness, are probably the many tourists who stop there unknowingly. No recommendation.

You want to stop off for a visit between the monastery and the brewery? Let it be better, drive to Eisenhüttenstadt or something, because the food is very moderate and the communication was in the run-up to the reservation as well as on-site characterized by arrogance and unfriendliness. For the grand finale, the staff did not even want to fill up my bottle with some tap water, on the grounds that the boss forbid that there could be germs in the water.

Rather no place to stay comfortably. As a tour group with food reservation, you were quickly cleared. But just finished. Beverage requests were asked promptly but without a drink menu at the table it was an eternal back and forth. That's certainly better.

Nice place with old fashioned decor, good local beer but they serve just before closing and then ask you to leave quick... no sense.

A simple and small restaurant directly at the monastery. The staff is nice and the food is cooked quickly. There are also Klosterbier on tap. The food tastes good and are still priced acceptable. The ambience is fine too.

The only reason I gave four and not five stars is the prices. The one menu that you saw in the pictures cost € 14.90, and the other one euro more. Of course you should take a bit of money with you to the restaurant, but that was really little for the price. Otherwise the restaurant has a nice ambience, the toilets are very well-kept and the waitress came to us every now and then and asked how we were doing. Nothing extraordinary (neither positive nor negative)
